You are required to attend the course from a quiet environment where you will be able to concentrate. To ensure you remain comfortable throughout the day delegates should be sat at an appropriate workstation, this would include a suitably sized screen, a chair that provides sufficient back support and enough space around you for a notepad, keyboard, mouse etc. Additionally, you will benefit from having space around your workstation that will enable you to stand at regular intervals. Regularly standing increases blood flow to your brain which will improve your productivity, concentration and creativity. Use of a mobile app is not permitted, all delegates should attend the course using either a desktop or laptop. Further technical information on functions within MS Teams will be given on the day.
This course is mandatory for people responsible for managing premises who cannot demonstrate a suitable alternative qualification/experience.
